Clarification of manual of operations

I heard that there were two general meetings for this year at the woaa. Does this mean that the manual of operations was described and clarified for all teams? I have read the current manual of operations and no where does it say anything about having more than 5 imports or if you do sign more than five only five can play per game. It still seems to me that teams are allowed to interpret the MoO and come to their own conclusion.

I don't mean to start the import BS this early in the season but as a fan would like some knowledgeable feedback.

Did anything come of the managers meetings that hapened throughout last year?

To answer your question on imports check the Manual of Operations and look at section C-19 on what an import is. Section B-1 also tells you what an import is and how many you can have. C-2 is also help full.
