Any one checking our Cents and Radars this weekend?
__________________________________________________________
Starting at 630pm Former Toronto Maple Leaf and Seaforth Centenaire Dave Mcllwain will be here to sign posters, and we are sure to wonder what the heck is going on. We ask everyone to bring a canned food item for donation to the Seaforth Food Bank on behalf of Dave and the Seaforth Centenaires. Along with Dave, good old Santa will be here to take some festive Hockey photos with anyone wanting a photo!!
The unofficial tradition Ham toss is of course still ENCOURAGED. The Ham toss is a popular Seaforth Christmas season tradition now. Fans are encouraged to bring Hams and to throw them onto the ice when the home team scores its first goal. In all seriousness hunger is a real issue in our community. To date more than 200 hams have been donated to community food groups.
Center ice competitions for fans, Ham door draws for those hungry college kids out there, Christmas cheer and a good old fashion rivalry between the first place Centenaires and their salty highway 8 nemesis the Clinton Radars.
Anyone attending the game wearing a seasonal Christmas Ugly Sweater receives a free ballot for great prizes---HAM!
A big hockey night caps off with a huge celebration in the community. Let's go!!!!
