Forgetting the debacle that is Pointstreak, well handled by both PS and the WOAA; again!
What say you to this early season?
Tillsonburg on top(ish)?
Clinton, well, being Clinton? BUT, they did play a penalty-free game versus Milverton last week!
Ripley and Shelburne right in there; could this be a 'North' winning season?
Durham looking good with only 1 loss?
A slightly surprising Shallow Lake?
Stronger P-town and Tavi? They too seem in an odd spot in the standings?
With thanks for the standings to the Winterhawks, they seem in unfamiliar territory?
Rebuilt underdog Cents, well, I can't go any further without laughing? Clipboard may have kept HIS promise, finally?
Milverton, Lucknow and Elora all play hard but seem to fall short; so far.
Palmer...I mean Maple...I mean, it's not you it's me so let's take a break and screw the whole thing up?

Tillsonburg and Clinton are both looking good. Once they get full commitment from all players for the playoffs it's looking like they will be the teams to beat. Clinton will however have to make some cuts after Christmas to get their roster down to 5 import players. As right now the radars have Flemmington (Toronto), Campbell (Strathroy), Graham (Palmerston),Sanza (London), Outlette (London), Gaskin (Toronto), Nothers (London), M. Salituro (Toronto), S. Salituro (Toronto). I believe Ansell has moved closer to Clinton so he will not be counted as an import. I couldn't find any information on Tillsonburgs import players, but they did sign a few new ones this year. Not sure if they will be facing the same problem.
Ripley, Shelbourne and Durham shouldn't be taken lightly. However my verdict on them as contenders is not out yet. It will be interesting to see what they can do come playoffs.
Tavistock, Patrolia, Saugeen and Huron have all started the season off worse than expected. There is still plenty of time to turn things around though.
Shallow Lake, Milverton, Elora and Lucknow haven't seem to have made many improvements over last year. They will not finish in the top 8.

From what I have heard Clinton has refused to release any players. The Salituros will have to be released in January in order for the team to meet import requirements . Whitehead on the other hand may have to sit the whole season out if they do not change their minds. Very unfortunate for the players, who just want to play competitive hockey.

Clinton has 5 import players on their roster so they actually don’t have to let anyone go at the deadline, except for giving the releases to the Salituros if they have indeed left the team.
Nuther Ansell Gaskin Sanza Oulette
Every other player they have is a non-import. I have not watched this team, but on paper they are loaded. The question of keeping everyone happy will run all year until they are either eliminated, or celebrating.
Take it easy on the grey goose Ricky

Hey ramrod & ricky, are you guys the Radar's G.M. and Assist.G.M.? Seem to know a lot about the team. I see 25 names on their web roster. Haven't heard of anyone asking for a release. I think you have the right number of imports(5) buy not sure if the names are right. Gossett is signed for emergency use, Whitehead has moved away and three are goalies. That leaves a roster of 20. Not very many if they encounter some injuries or suspensions. So if they were all available to play on any given night that would leave 2 as odd men out. How often does that happen? Hockey is not the be all and end all for most of these players. Well, for some maybe. They have wives, girlfriends, babies, work. So they are given the lineup mid week and those not dressing can make other plans. So if you have a last minute emergency there isn't always backup available. So you play with 16-17 skaters. The players seem to like it this way, as opposed to showing up and sitting on the bench all night. I think I would too. I'm sure come playoffs they will have ample players on the bench. Don't worry about the Radars. I think they will be just fine thank you. Tis better to see spot duty with a champion than do bench duty for a loser. In my humble opinion.
P.S. Big game with Durham Friday night @ Eastlink Arena. Bring those new pajamas your wife bought you last Christmas that you never wore and toss them out on the Radars first goal. (Wrapped in plastic please.) The Christmas Bureau would appreciate it and so would the needy recipients.

This is fun, it’s like watching a disgruntled fan of the team argue with a executive member of the same team... which actually might be the case here.

Ramrod, you must be one the players that has to ride the pines. I don't see any other Radar players complaining

Radars practice on Tue night had 17 skaters and that seems to be the average for practice. I'd call that above average commitment.

Let’s just call this the Clinton Radars fan forum board, that’s all that is talked about. Ramrod, please don’t go back and quote something I wrote in 2015 to make me look stupid . But really it is sad that you have to go back quote a guy on a forum, lots of free time on your hands. Randy you can just shutter right down pal. Pitiful or not, Ramrod is right, did you watch the team yet or not? Regardless, everyone hates Clinton except for Clinton themselves Back to hiding I go! Go Cents Go

I kinda like that Radars fan forum board now that the 81's best player is a Radar. Being an 81's fan, only thing left to cheer for.

81 Fan your making a big assumption in thinking Radars will release him back to Mapleton. See earlier in thread they aren't releasing anyone lol. But as for the league at the midway point. Its going to be a dogfight for 2nd to 8th for sure. who would want it any other way
